    1. All of them, if that's not a choice, then OoT.

    5. (None) Unless you count the title screen.
    6. Well, I think Samus nuked all of those but "TI-89"
    I'm not sure if Tallon 5 exists, same with SR-883 (it's 388 in Metroid 2!). So, my guess is Zebes.

    Imp, I'm gonna give this one away since no one but us seems to know.

    Mochtroids are in Super Metroid. They are the fake Metroids that have only one little cell in the instead of the usual 3. They are weaker than metroids, and you can easily escape from their grasp just by running. Normal beams can kill them. Missiles are not required.
    Oddly enough, they never came back after SM.
